A Real Estate Administrator is a qualified person
who achieves the maximum trust of his clients to such
an extent that they entrust him with personal matters
as the administration of their property.
The Professional character of the Real Estate Administrator
should be stressed; this means that he must be able
to provide a certain business structure, sometimes
minimal and sometimes very extensive, together with
possession of the obligatory professional qualification
and membership of the corresponding professional association
of Real State Administrators of the province where
he/she works,which permanently watches over and ensures,
not only the continuous preparation of its members,
but also observance of correct, ethical pratice of
